There's an error in the shipping price to the US. You guys are accidentally getting charged the shipping price to 'everywhere else', ie places like Australia. Rest assured you do not owe any more money. We'll have it cleared up by tomorrow, for the moment please just be patient, we will post an update once we fix the error.

We're excited to announce that CuBowl has been successfully funded by 741 backers! These past two months have been the start of an amazing adventure; it has been a wonderful experience getting to know so many people within the pet community. We are very grateful to every single one of our backers who helped make this possible and encouraged us along the way.

 We will be working with BackerKit in order to fulfill everyone's orders as smoothly as possible. A survey will be sent out within their recommend time of 1-2 weeks after project funding. CuBowls are being made as we speak and the appropriate behind the scenes work is being done.

Besides being the creators of CuBowl, we are also users. Our greatest motivation to replace your pets bowl with a CuBowl is that you will get to see all the daily benefits of them. We experience consistent positive feedback and results from users; with no biofilm forming after being used as communal dog bowls at weekend long pet expos or from regular use by slobbery dogs like boxers or great danes.

We've received the result of a small test of the concentration of copper ions in the water of a CuBowl. We used DI water, which is very pure and contains undetectable levels of copper, and let it sit in a CuBowl for 4 days. After 4 days we collected a sample and delivered it to ALS environmental testing. ALS performed a mass spec on the sample. The copper concentration of the sample was found to be 0.00064 mg/L.
